Sludge concentration sensor
An infrared scattering sensor for monitoring sludge concentration in treatment processes. Its monochromatic source limits interference from sample color, while optical and digital filtering reduce stray-light effects. A mechanical brush removes deposits and bubbles from the optical window, supporting continuous measurement through RS485 Modbus.
