Ultra-miniature proportional valves

Compact proportional gas valves for small analytical instruments and portable monitoring equipment. The valves regulate flow using a low-voltage control signal and can be paired with pressure or flow sensors in a feedback loop. Two standard orifice sizes and integrated inlet and outlet filters support instrument integration.
